You could use a couple of XY pads to get some really intuitive control over FX. With these basic elements you can put together almost any interface you could need. I use them to create all my hotcue grids. There are also grouped versions of these, like the “multi-push” that lets you specify a grid of push buttons so you don’t have to align them all yourself.
